As President of Flagler Global Logistics, David Bouchard is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company’s international logistics operations. Bouchard brings 30 years of unparalleled experience in strategic planning, operations and sales spanning across international markets for the food, retail, high-tech, retail, automotive and consumer industries.
Most recently, Bouchard served as Chief Executive Officer for DB Schenker Logistics, Americas. As CEO, Bouchard led domestic transport and logistics activities across 2,000 locations in over 130 countries to provide land, air and ocean services integrated with contract logistics operations in the Americas and worldwide.
Prior to joining DB Schenker, Bouchard spent 22 years with Ryder System Inc., the world’s largest transportation services provider, holding escalating management positions including leading the organization’s International Division. In his tenure with Ryder, Bouchard’s roles also included corporate strategy, leading high-tech and industrial business segments, dedicated contract carriage and transportation management businesses, and a commercial leasing and rental region. David began his career in the less-than-truckload (LTL) freight industry with McLean Trucking Company and Central Transport.
Mr. Bouchard holds an MBA from Temple University, Philadelphia PA, and a BA Humanities from Providence College, Providence RI.
